329 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the 329 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 329 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 329 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 329 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The 329 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 329 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 329 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the details provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents may result in your account being temporarily restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify 329 immediately at [email protected]. 329 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

329 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these terms, or any unlawful activity. Any remaining balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with 329's internal policies and subject to the outcome of any investigation.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a user of the 329 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
Impersonating another person, using someone else's personal information, or creating an account on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or misuse of bonuses and promotions offered by 329.
Posting content that is offensive, obscene, or in violation of Malaysian law on the platform.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the 329 platform's technical infrastructure.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account closure and legal action where warranted. 329 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 329 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately their own. The unauthorised use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts is strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your 329 account immediately upon payment confirmation via supported methods such as FPX or Boost. If you experience any delay or issue with a deposit, please contact the 329 support team at [email protected] and include proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals are subject to the verification process established by 329. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security purposes. 329 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals where further review of the transaction is required.

Limitation of Liability

329 shall not be liable for any financial losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or betting decisions made by users. Users acknowledge that betting activities carry inherent financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own decisions.

5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 329 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 329 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 329.

6. Amendments & Governing Law

329 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication on the 329 website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
